My name is Mrs. Brianna Patrick, and I am the founder of Gentle Journey Homehealth. I am a Certified Medication Technician/ Nursing Assistant with 12 years of hands-on experience and a current nursing student. I am continuing my education to better serve families in our community.

Gentle Journey was created from a simple belief: people deserve to feel safe, respected, and supported in their own homes. Many individuals want to remain independent, but daily tasks can become more challenging over time. My goal is to provide compassionate, reliable, non-medical support while giving families peace of mind.

We proudly serve St. Louis County, Missouri, offering non-medical home care, CDS guidance, private-pay restorative mobility sessions, and BLS CPR certification classes.
