NON-MEDICAL HOME CARE

We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable,

and independent at home.

Services include:

  • Bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance

  • Mobility and fall-prevention support

  • Meal preparation and hydration reminders

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Companionship and routine support

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES (CDS)

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) allows eligible individuals to choose and direct their own caregiver, often a trusted family member or friend.

Gentle Journey provides:

  • CDS information and education

  • Guidance through next steps

  • Administrative and ongoing support

Eligibility and authorization are determined by the State of Missouri (MO HealthNet).

RESTORATIVE MOBILITY SESSIONS (PRIVATE PAY)

Our Restorative Mobility Sessions are overseen by an experienced Restorative Coordinator to ensure services are structured, consistent, and client-centered.

Tracey Williams serves as our Restorative Services Coordinator and manages all restorative mobility inquiries, scheduling, and care coordination. This allows our clients to receive focused attention and specialized support for their mobility goals.

Restorative services include One-on-one, non-medical mobility support designed to help maintain strength, balance, and confidence.

Consultation required before any restorative services.

  • Walking

  • Balance

  • Strengthening

  • Range of motion

  • Fall prevention

Rates:
• $40–$75 (30 minutes)
• $80–$120 (1 hour)

Weekly and monthly packages available.

BLS CPR CERTIFICATION CLASSES

We offer hands-on BLS CPR certification classes including:

  • Adult, child, and infant CPR

  • AED use

  • Choking response

Pricing:
• $50 standard
• $25 ask about certain promotions & discount rates

After certification you will receive a disposable CPR pocket face shield for mouth-to-mouth use, and

a hard copy and digital copy of your BLS CPR CARD.
