Gentle Journey Homehealth & CDS Services is a non-medical service provider. While we are not a covered entity under HIPAA for all services, we voluntarily follow privacy and confidentiality best practices consistent with Missouri home care and Consumer Directed Services (CDS) guidelines.

  • Service inquiries and scheduling details

  • Non-medical information shared to help coordinate services

We do not request or store unnecessary medical records.

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Confidentiality
